When will my order ship?
5-7 business days, however we know you want your order now so we try to get them out ASAP! If you need something super fast don't hesitate to ask! We always try to accommodate.
HOLIDAYS: Please allow extra time in November and December due to the holidays. We are very busy at this time and sometimes need additional time to ship your order. We also need to allow for delays with USPS as these are out of our hands.
How do I care for my item?
Honestly I am horrible about washing my shirts and tanks and they hold up amazingly!
With that said, this is how I should wash them, as well as you....
Wash inside out, do not iron (unless inside out) and do not bleach.
Do you offer Wholesale?
YES!! Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org discuss.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes and No. Custom designs take additional time so we do them when time permits, however if you see a design that you love but would prefer it on a different item we are happy to do that for you! Just purchase the item you want and add a note for us at checkout stating the design you would like on it.
What is this square or discoloration on my shirt?
Don't worry! Its totally normal! The heat press causes a discoloration on some shirt colors. This will fade and go away once washed. We do not accept returns for this as it is not a shirt flaw :)
Returns are not accepted. Exchanges will only be authorized for defective merchandise. Unfortunately we can not accept returns/exchanges for sizing as each item is made to order. To be considered for an exchange, you must first contact MMT at email@example.com and send pictures indicating the damage. Once your exchange is approved, we will send you a message through email with the next steps. You will receive the same color/style/size that was originally ordered. All requests for an exchange must be received by MMT within 3 business days of delivery receipt.
All garments have a 1" tolerance width wise and length wise from the sizing charts
If your package is returned to us, we are happy to reship once new shipping charges are paid. USPS does not allow the re-use of the original label so this is the responsibility of the customer. (unless the error was made by MMT)
We will not process refunds or cancellations when this happens as we have already made your item just for you.

What do I do if my package never arrived?
First, check the tracking info that gets sent to you with your shipping notice and double check the address provided with your order. Sometimes items get "stuck" in the USPS sorting facilities for a few days so we ask that you give your package enough time to get through this process! If your package was shipped properly with the correct address and has been given sufficient time to arrive & is still missing you can file a claim with USPS here:
Please note, once we properly ship your order, it is our of our hands & up to USPS. That said we will try to help you as best we can!
